Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the falls, nearby attractions, and convenient access to restaurants and shopping. Some appreciated the included amenities like breakfast and parking, though opinions on breakfast quality were mixed. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance, with several guests noting noisy air conditioning, musty smells, and worn furnishings. While a few found the rooms to be of good size and enjoyed the views, overall satisfaction was hampered by poor upkeep and inconsistent service.
