Pros (+) The location and free parking made this hotel very appealing.
Cons (-) The hotel felt dingy. The hallways are old and dark. When we first got to our room the tv and 4 separate lights didn't work. Apparently housekeeping likes to unplug everything (we were told this is a known issue and apparently one that has not been addressed). Not a huge deal, but any decent hotel would make sure everything was perfect by the time guests arrive. In addition the room didn't feel cl...

Pros (+) We came with two kids under 5. This hotel was reasonable walking distance to the falls with free parking, had clean rooms and a large pool.
Cons (-) The breakfast was not included however, and was rather pricey, even with the kids' breakfasts more or less free. I say more or less because the kids menu was restricted and you still have to pay tax on it. Speaking of tax, there is a hidden tourism tax on the room and food which the hotel did not mention.
