9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, picturesque resort. Nicely maintained and excellent service with always friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and had an amazingly relaxing time, taking advantage of the spa offer and e.g. yoga lessons. It's a wonderful place to hang out and relax and offers a lot of activities, but also enough quiet spots to enjoy the sun and your time. We were generally positively surprised and would definitely come back to stay a couple more days on the island and in The Landings.
Cons: The quality of food and pricing of such in the à la carte menu of the beach close restaurant is not really matching the standard of the resort. It's overpriced and the not very well composed and cooked. We had ok/american style breakfast (buffet), but during the evenings the restaurant offer was not very satisfying overall. Besides that only positive experiences all around!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most personable staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. They would make our beds when we would step out to town and leave bottles of waters by our nightstand. The property was immaculately clean and well kept. The beach had a lot of fun activities and was well kept. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. It felt like living in a palace. Two balconies, a full kitchen, butler staff, and 2.5 bathrooms for 4 people.
Cons: Somewhat limited, somewhat overpriced dining options. We did not do the all inclusive package, and I’m not sure how much money we would have stayed. The food we did have was excellent every time. Also there are some stray cats and dogs roaming the property but they mind their own business as long as you don’t feed them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort! Lovely stay!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beach is amazing and the staff very attentive and friendly.
Cons: Hotel restaurants are a bit pricy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Landings is very beautiful and the room was perfect. The beach was nice as well as the watersport facilities. Staff was very friendly especially the cleaning ladies. Good breakfast!
Cons: The Landings should offer a shuttle service to Rodney Bay. Now a taxi is 30 dollar for only a 8 minute drive. Meal prices are pretty high for what you get.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Warm and hospitable staff.a personal touch was added to all services offered.will definitely stay here on future trips.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, locations was great.
Cons: Plunge pool should have been maintained everyday.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The service here is incredible, personalised and thoughtful. Then there is so much to do on site and nearby choice of restaurants. The rooms with the beach views are the best and the butler service a really special touch.
Cons: It’s quite expensive to eat and drink on site if you’re not on an all inclusive package.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - The suites are airy, clean and fully equipped - Good location for pigeon island - Staff are attentive and friendly - Views / sunsets from the rooms are great - Open air movie night - Spa (massage) was nice - Beach & bar team are super friendly
Cons: - Think there could be a small shuttle service to Rodney Bay. Taxi prices are high and its useful to buy some provisions from the local supermarket (40 mins walk away / under 10 in a car). I would pay a small fee for the service if it was available. Think we would have gone to Rodney Bay a little more - Hotel is very quiet in the eve - Food options can be samey and pricey

Cons: Not a very big beach to walk up,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and the food was some of the best I’ve had.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist in all departments. Food was varied, quality and quantity very good and particularly liked the use of local ingredients, TOP marks to the Chefs and kitchen; likewise the Gardeners, beautifully maintained grounds.
Cons: Guests 'reserved' their sun-loungers from 6.30am and did not occupy them until after 9.00am. The restaurant is entirely open on 3 sides, but at times it lacks a through breeze and would benefit from a few oscillating fans around the perimeter of the ceiling. Beach length restricted, no warning of the water undertow at certain times and best areas to enter and exit to avoid stones. It would have been nice had management put in a regular 'meet and greet' visit during mealtimes.

Pros: Outstanding onsite restaurants. Service and food were over the top.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely polite and happy to help you out and the gardens were the best I’ve see in a West Indian hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was not the best but OK. The hotel lacks management. All staff is very friendly, but slow. The food is constantly cold. Ross the manager is the problem.
Cons: Great location, great view. Nice rooms. Awesome complex.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views, close to Pigeon Island, restaurants were good. Low season so resort was nice and quiet.
Cons: Beware the pricey taxis.
7.5 Good
Pros: Food was good!
Cons: Understaffed. Avoid the “spa.” Service was not proactive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and views were amazing. The accommodation is of very very high standard. We had great sea views from our villa, very nice private pool and a beautiful beach just few steps away. The hotel is set in stunning gardens. At the beach we had free access to water sports, including a small sailing catamaran (which was a great fun). The stuff were very friendly and the service is of very high standard.
Cons: The hotel is slightly isolated. The villages with restaurants and shops are not within walking distance. The use of a rental car or taxis is required. We had to eat mostly at the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nestled in a beautiful cliff with it’s own beach. The rooms were spotless, perfectly clean and the staff tales care of everything. It’s the perfect place to relax and restore. The breakfast had a lot of options. Their beach service offers chairs, umbrellas and options if you’re up to aquatic sports. Great place for snorkeling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff v good. Room excellent food excellent
Cons: Expensive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, although the buffet could have used a bit more of a variety. The quality of the food was very fresh and well prepared. The staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. They wanted our experience to be a positive one.
Cons: There was no air conditioning on first floor at all and many many mosquitos (not the fault of the hotel, of course) but the open doors on the first floor brought in mosquitos as well as the beautiful sounds of the ocean. The hotel does provide insect repellent for your convenience. The second floor had air conditioning so we spent most of our time there. ;)
10.0 Excellent
Cons: should have had complimentary daily yoga and the 1 hour hike should have been complimentary. Should had offering sailing to the Pitons

The nightly and afternoon entertainment was also excellent.
Cons: It rained too much
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything
6.3 Good
Pros: pretty beach with table tennis. very decent breakfast
Cons: we paid for a villa with implies an actual villa with privacy. what we got was an apartment with other apartments above and below. The hotel needs to understand the difference between a villa and an apartment! we had already changed rooms for the second night due to terrible music playing late into the night and people in a pool beneath our balcony. loud typical tacky music every evening ruining the ambience, pool aerobics to pop music in the day, just constant noise all the time. The staff were very slow. when we were checking in a man was complaining because the tennis racquet was free but to play you had to purchase 3 tennis balls for 25 USD. As I said, very overpriced! fine if you want to sit at a bar, sun yourself and have constant noise but not very romantic and ambient! oh and one evening a restaurant was quite empty but we were told we needed to have a reservation! oh and staff member by check in wouldnt stop trying to sell off some of the hotel's villas to us!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff, location and the general services that are offered by the property
Cons: Internet services sucked
7.5 Good
Pros: Very pretty resort. Good breakfast. Clean rooms
Cons: Very thin white net curtain on windows so very light at night due to walkway lighting and awake at sunrise.shower tray didn’t drain. strange stairway to Lower unit with a locked door. . Needs a door at top is stairs as well as bottom.

Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff, they made my family and I comfortable and was willing to help and provide us with pertinent information. I liked the amenities that were available to us. I really like how clean the room was.
Cons: The AC in our room is the only thing I can really say was not consistent... it worked some days really well and the other days it was a little hot in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: I didn't like that through the site booking.com we got the clear impression that the airport transit was included and then it turned out to be 90 USD per trip.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel facilities are good. The staff are great. The hotel amenities are good. The food is excellent!
Cons: For a hotel of this stature, it should have a better gym. The gym contains antiquated equipment and it’s been like that since I first stayed in the hotel in 2008. Bay Gardens, you can do better!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, pool, beach, big rooms with big bathrooms, great wi-fi available everywhere (even in the beach), smart tv (I could use my Netflix account), friendly staff, free shuttle to the supermarket area

Pros: What a wonderful stay! Having stayed at Windjammer for 6 weeks I definitely made the right decision coming here for my seventh.
Cons: The steps! But easier than no steps!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic service all round. I particular a great welcome from Rohan and the team at the front desk. The restaurant and bar service for all meals was excellent. Particularly impressive was Kadiann's service. Professional and friendly.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic resort! Really recommendable! The huge garden is full of wonderful and fragrant flowers, birds, butterflies, little frogs. Even when fully booked, the hotel never feels crowded. The beach is small, but very clean and usually has only a few visitors. The employees are all very helpful, friendly and warm. Tip: Try the massages down at the beach during sunset - this is paradise!
Cons: The hotel is rather far away from restaurants, bars or even other beaches. But this is exactly why Calabash Cove is the perfect quiet hide-away!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Reception with open ocean views, staff very pleasant and professional, The pool and beach facilities super, very peaceful with plenty of sun beds / 4 poster sun beds to relax. Entire food menu exceeded expectations, including breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Resort has the right atmosphere, from the rooms with great ocean views from the balcony to the well kept gardens and Spa .. I would recommend staying here for quality relaxation.
Cons: Nothing. Great value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing ocean and beach, very private, secluded, peaceful, not crowded! Beautiful view from every room and from lobby and restaurant! Very good food and beautiful grounds, friendly staff
5.0 Okay
Pros: Front line staff
Cons: Location of hotel, some of the administration staff plus would have been good if management actually asked if everything was ok in stead of saying you need to tell us your not happy with something,,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful. Great views, great landscaping and the beach is so pretty. The hotel offers paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear to use and there was surprisingly a lot of fish in the cove to see (we went snorkeling twice). The pool (and pool bar) was great - very strong drinks and friendly bartenders. No matter if you are on the beach or by the pool there were always enough beach chairs and towels for everyone (which I know is an issue at some bigger all-inclusive resorts in other places). Loved the live music at dinner every night and the food was always delicious. While it was a little bit of a drive to the excursions we planned - but definitely worth it because the hotel is very secluded which was exactly what we wanted - it was great that we could book everything through the hotel (including airport transfers!) and we payed one large sum at the end of the trip for all our excursions and transfers to/from the airport. Would definitely recommend Calabash Cove and stay again!
Cons: With only one restaurant, my boyfriend (who is a picky eater) had a harder time finding food he wanted to order, but I had no problem at all. Everything I had was delicious. They offer the chef's specials everyday, a few appetizers and entrees, which helps to diversify the standard menu if you are staying for a longer period of time. The pool bar's lunch menu is different than the restaurant's lunch menu so we ordered food down there a few times as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: outstanding views great service staff exceptionally friendly and caring..resort is small and intimate plenty of room at pool and beach very quiet and relaxed atmosphere
Cons: lots of stairs
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Room cleaned late Quiet after 10pm
7.1 Good
Pros: Very secluded and adults only
Cons: Very small beach/rough water. Rough road to property, no entertainment, expensive. We had a swim up suite which was great, but expensive for the price.

Pros: I loved the landscaping. Beautiful! I also liked the fact that the hotel was walking distance from the mall.
Cons: I did not like the bath tub. Too much sign of wear and there was rust in many areas. It appeared dirty and not inviting to take a shower. It needs to be replaced.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tasty breakfast buffet with something for everyone to enjoy. I was especially delighted to see that they served hot cocoa tea daily.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were good. Would have liked to have more breadfruit and plantain as local items.
Cons: huh. Liked everything
7.1 Good
Pros: Reception staff very helpful, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Unless you have plenty of cash to stay in some of the fabulous but expensive resorts then Bay Gardens is a good cheaper ( although I still think expensive for what you get) alternative
Cons: I was expecting a much bigger pool. They are both tiny. We stayed one night for food in Spices restaurant and was very disappointed. We had a chicken salad that was supposed to have ribboned veg with it. I didn’t see any and the Italian pizza we ate part of a slice each and stopped. The base was thick and doughy and the topping was sweet and tasteless. We did complain as the board outside boosts thin crust pizza is a specialty there. It was far from special or thin. For our complaint we still paid full price as we seem to be ignored. The restaurant staff morning and night were rather surly. The first day our room was not cleaned and on the 3rd day our room was still not cleaned until 3.30 in the afternoon. We had just got back from our trip and wanted to clean up and relax before going out. But housekeeping were in the room. As she was leaving we noticed we still hadn’t had the toilet paper or soap replenished. So we asked for new to which she gave us paper. The tiny block of soap that was given had to last 4 days it seems. ( there is liquid soap in the showers but I can’t use this)
7.1 Good
Pros: Pool, not far from beach, supermarket & airport. Good breakfast.
Cons: Rooms not soundproof.
6.2 Good
Pros: 3 pools, including very shallow areas good for toddlers. Free breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Bed was rock hard. Faucet was broken in bathroom. A/C barely worked latter half of our stay. Token system for towels was very annoying. Beach shuttle should run every half hour not every hour. Food was pretty mediocre at the hotel. Never received promised “welcome gift.”
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Simplicity, clean, snd nice firm bed to sleep!
Cons: Could hear some noise at times, but it was fine.

Pros: I loved that everything was was in the resort. The food was fantastic. The staff was super nice. They went out of their way to make you comfortable.
Cons: I didn't like that you had to wait on a cart to pick you up. They didn't have enough drivers to pick people up. We had to wait almost an hour for a cart to pick us up. We didn't have TV for a day and a half. This was our only complaint.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Adults-only hilltop pool with stunning view of sunset. Friendly staff
Cons: Morgan’s pier restaurant only open once during our stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great staff, everyone super friendly, approachable and social.
Cons: Rooms were okay, a little bland.
6.7 Good
Pros: The beach
Cons: One restaurant, i do not know the name anymore, but with the pianoplayer.
6.3 Good
Pros: The food, watersports etc
Cons: No wifi in the rooms you.... you have to pay US$10 per day or USD$50 per week which is insane not good value at all
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food/drinks, staff, and entertainment were incredible.
Cons: Ants in room.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Wifi only available in lobby
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice, always taking care of you. Nice variety of food. The rooms were nice and clean, l liket that you could use facilities like tenis, scooters and otero stuff. As the Island isnt big l can say place is okay, near the capital. beach arw not the biggest but clean. Other nice thing was spa, really relaxing. Recomendation for dinner the Palms, its really nice restoran.
Cons: Usually for diner there was requirement the reservation, but when you came on your time is totally usual that you will see quite long line waiting, and everybody has reservations. Its nice for families, for couples maybe bit disapointes was the party which they have every Wednesday. Also no wifi in rooms.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the pools, beach and water sports
Cons: Most of the staff are not friendly. The food is weird and I could not eat much of it. Most ate salads and bread. The rooms are nice but up on a hill. They will take you to your room in a golf cart. Was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub. The nightly entertainment is done at 11pm and the bar stays open until 1am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect and really safe. They even had security guards on site. The food was surprisingly good. Very tasty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we had a great time! would recommend it to anyone, but hire a car, the trips are expensive. food it great, spoilt for choice. staff couldnt do enough. beach, pools lovely. water is not clear for snorkelling, went to Marigot Bay.
Cons: wifi didnt work for first few days, fortunately I am not addicted but I was worried about letting my sis know I was ok. it doesnt work in rooms either. 2 big hills up to room! we didnt mind as we ate so much we walked it off, but some might!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, food is very good for an all-inclusive resort.
Cons: Biggest problem is lack of wifi throughout the resort. There is a possibility to add wifi in certain rooms but for an additional charge. I am hoping that wifi will be available (for free) in whole resort next time I visit.

7.5 Good
Cons: I didn’t like that the reservation manager could of done more to help
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and well presented property. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds and right next to a good beach. Very relaxing environment for a quiet holiday. Handy for shops and restaurants on Reduit Beach and Rodney Bay
Cons: Although well maintained and very clean, the property looks a little dated in places.

Pros: The staff were so willing to help....they are very friendly....Amazing.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like. The place is great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the hash browns for breakfast but they weren't there everyday. Happy hour at the bar was nice.
Cons: Hash browns everyday.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff could not do enough for me. I travelled and stayed there alone but never felt alone. On my 2nd day into my week's holiday all the staff seemed to know I was on holiday by myself and I was so looked after and seemed to be watched over in every area of the resort without my space being encroached upon which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed within myself I was there whilst it was my birthday and again word got around and I was wished a happy one by so many. The staff took the time and extra mile to show interest in me which made it the perfect paradise holiday I felt like a celebrity I will be visiting this beautiful island again and will be staying at The RSL resort - No where else can compare
Cons: There is absolutely nothing I can say I did not like
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice rooms, swim up pool
Cons: Last time I visited was 19 years ago and stayed at the the brand new Hyatt resort which is now Sandals. So you can imagine the change I now see which for me isn’t positive. Reduit public beach heaving with trips from cruise ships 10-20 persons a time, food dreadful - only had one breakfast at hotel which was awful - how can you get that wrong? In general the staff are lovely bit mostly they don’t seem to be bothered. In fact the whole site needs updating and indeed its been bought by The Hilton Group who’ve purchased the Rex resort next door and flattened it plus Papillon. Hilton will build a 5 storey hotel on the Rec land then update the Royal followed by Palillon. All in all for the price it’s been a big disappointment. Rodney Bay village is now like party town whereas it was a gorgeous village with a “jump up” every Friday night. It now has a succession of cheap restaurants which don’t look appealing. If you are aged between 18 - 30 I am sure you will love it. We did find a couple of lovely places to eat - Razzmattax Indian, lovely authentic food freshly cooked and Jacques French Restaurant - but difficult to find but lovely waterside dining. If you want peace and quiet the try Cap Maison we went to the Cliff for dinner and it was superb and fir me as gluten free it was absolutely no problem. We won’t be coming back to this part of St Lucia
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like the location. The resort is well maintained.
Cons: The dining staff wasn’t engaging. They have a unpleasant disposition. That needs to be addressed. At the time I was there the resort was basically empty and the service level was subpar. The attributes that’s expected in the hospitality industry was lacking. I’m happy I didn’t pay for the all inclusive package.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome beach is right there. Pool and spa were great but the best thing by far is the amazing service!
Cons: Needs some upgrades. Things like sliding doors that are sticky and furniture that’s aged.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The property and room was clean on arrival. Staff was available if you needed help with anything.
Cons: For the entire weekend, no change of towel or sheets or any form of room service was done. Its a distance away from main activities and the property is not reliable when it comes to meals, however there are ways to get around that, like delivery services.
9.6 Excellent

Pros: Love the large lobby area as well as courtyard view of the pool. Breakfast included. Comfy bed.
Cons: Housekeeping does a poor cleaning job. WIFI is terrible and couldn't get any work done and had to spend hours in the lobby to get decent reception. Mold on my pillow. Room was paid for two, but because the young lady didn't see my dad as much on the premises she told my dad he couldnt have breakfast and later changed her mind after I told her my reservations were for two people. My dad later declined eating any food.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room was very pretty when you entered and there are plugs for multiple countries. I also appreciated the working cable TV. This was surprisingly hard to find elsewhere.
Cons: We were in the middle of no where. Taxis could not find the location because it is a big house in the middle of a neighborhood and there are no signs indicating that it is an inn. We would have eaten at more restaurants but because of the location we had to buy groceries and eat in. If you choose to stay here then you MUST get a room with a kitchen! We had a stove, but the oven didn't work. I would check that the appliances work before you arrange meal plans.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There is no onsite restaurant or bar as advertised . Meal Plan Breakfast costs US$5 per person per night, not true there is no breakfast. The room is advertised to have a TV there is no TV. You can connect to the Internet it states free Wi-Fi but you cannot surf the net connection does not stay . No king bed as advertised it was 2 twin cots that could not be put together cause different styles and heights. Sheets very thin from too many washes. No screens in windows to protect you from mosquitoes. Toilet does not flush. No coffeemaker as advertised. Small table to eat draped with a towel. Chair was being used as a side table for an unattractive lamp. The host Claudia was very nice. This could be a great place if a few inexpensive changes were made and if the description was updated to be accurate. We only needed a place to sleep a few hours each day because we were going to be very busy during the days we were there, THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Love the fact the it was easy to places like restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood ...a bit far from town tho
Cons: What is being advertise is not really what you get ....a basic room which was ok but the property is very untidy and you can see it has had better days
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Terrible place.... dirtily... dirtily...!!!!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find location. And price I paid was reasonable
Cons: My room wasn't available that I reserved. Was given a twin room. I booked a king room with a double bed. Had to wait for it to be cleaned. Advised in advance my arrival time so not sure why the correct room wasn't ready. There is allot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Got bitten badly. Location was right where the Friday night jump up was held so loud music until 3-5am not ideal when your drunk and want to sleep
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing it was not fit for animals to leave
Cons: Nothing place smell so bad
7.1 Good
Pros: Claudia was friendly and she has a nice cat :) People of the neighbourhood were friendly as well and I like that the beach was extremely close . Wifi was strong as well
Cons: Room did not have a tv as stated in the ad and the owner smokes too much .
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Everything was contrary to advertising. Poor conditions that place should not be in the business..
7.0 Good
Pros: Visited the Gros islet street party. It was convenient for the night. Stayed to attend the Gros Islet street party. The property was located in the heart of the street party. The next day I was able to visit Rodney Bay and Castries market before returning to Vieux Fort. The room suited my purpose which was to over night in Gros Islet and experience the surround areas.. The room was basic Shower facilities good with warm water. The Owner made us feel very welcome
Cons: The property is in the heart of Gros Islet and at street level so you can hear the voices of persons as they walk past and the neighbours as they rise in the morning which was early. My sister was woken by the sound of a Rooster. Not ideal if you are looking for rest but as we were only looking for a place to rest for the night and check out the sights it was ideal

Cons: They had no knowledge of our booking , Stephanie came to the rescue and gave us 2 good rooms at no extra cost .
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and the room and everything were clean. The location was great.
Cons: The water pressure for the shower was really very bad. It took a long time to get showered. I had one of the few rooms with a view, some rooms literally don't even have a window.
3.5 Mediocre
Pros: Had a balcony but the view was not good
Cons: Everything really, room dark had to ask for light bulb, cleanliness was not good, coffee machine for what? No kettle, not good equipment, shower, would rather not have.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good value for a budget traveller, great location for getting to the cricket ground. Some decent local rum shacks nearby as well!!
Cons: The room I had was run down & in need of updating, once the helpful staff had fixed the problems & cleaned the room it was fine.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Room was ok
Cons: Lights not working, noisy area in which the hotel is located. Some problem to find out the bookingg
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The receptionist, she was very nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was a delight and the location good as well. It’s the only place I’ve stayed in in St Lucia so I'd be remiss to mark it too positively or negatively against other local establishments.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was served with a smile.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Stained sheets, overall cleanliness disappointment, images did not reflect a proper presentation, no kettle or decent facilities
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Not much - poor quality accommodation and staff. Tried to contact retrospectively to resolve complaint but received no response.
Cons: Overbooked meaning we had 2 rooms as opposed to 4 (despite checking in at 8am!). The staff offered little help or resolution - it really was an uncomfortable stay. We had 8 people of a double twin room because they overbooked, really poor service. Have contacted retrospectively but received no response. Steer clear!!
