5.0 Okay
Pros: The location in town was excellent
Cons: It is a tired hotel, that is ok, but it is dirty. Trash was blowing outside all week and only once did someone pick it up. A dirty coffee cup was in the hall of our floor the whole stay of 3 nights. No one removed it. Grime is built up at the entry way and in elevator, simple fixes if cleaned properly. Cigarette butts were plentiful around the door area. The gardens were unkempt but they have 3 Tesla charging stations! Staff were friendly but showed no pride in their hotel. Manager was unable to make eye contact.

7.1 Good
Pros: the vue was fantastic the room was clean and comfortable the balcony is a plus.
Cons: This hotel needs a good refresh . first the elevator makes a scary noise will in motion then a ugly and worned out carpet greeted us on our floor, the room decor is old the furniture is ok but the bathroom sends you back in time with a blue bath matching sink and countertop the balcony is also in need of renovation,be aware there is no a/c and at the time no fan was available the room temperature was 26 Celsius
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff clean rooms and also close to the water.
Cons: The room was clean but needs some refreshment, but they are redoing the rooms so they will eventualy get to every room.also the guard rail on the balcony was all rusted and not very was mentionned in the description as beach front but swimming was not allowed.

7.5 Good
Cons: rug in rom were not very clean.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was lovely, by the beach and along a nice path that leads to a playground for the children.
Cons: Hotel housekeeping left my hotel door fully open for several hours on Wednesday!!! We were very upset to come back to an open hotel room door. The hotel management blamed the new cleaner as it was his "first day". If that is true, then training and supervision was inadequate. Anyone with a brain knows to close a door that has numerous personal items easily visible. Also, check in on Sunday took 40 minutes. Their computer was down. Check out was terrible. The computer was still broken, the staff was not concerned about the open door at all. They instead said I must have left it open. This would be impossible as we left our room around 3 pm (and closed the door) and we returned to a room that was cleaned but the door wide open around 830 pm. Obviously someone was in our room after we left around 3 pm as the cleaning was not done at 3 pm. Customer service training is needed. Also, customer information was left on the top counter in full view of anyone walking by. I saw customer info about check in dates, their phone numbers and first and last names. No staff was around when the information papers were out.The front counter accidentally threw out my registration a day early, so when I contacted them about the open door they said it appears my hotel room is empty. They very well could have tried to send another registrant to my room before my family and I checked out the next morning!! This is 2019, not 1980. Your reservation computer cannot be down for 4 straight days and you make customers complete a paper registration card. Unacceptable, sloppy, unprofessional. Would NEVER stay here again.
7.1 Good
Cons: Very poor wifi, unable to access unless physically against front door with the device angled specifically. Extremely unsatisfied with wifi service.

Pros: Breakfast was really good
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
