Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes

It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.
