Pros: Second flight DEN to LFT had nice crew members

Cons: Stop with all the baggage fees. I paid over $200 for bags alone, with one check bag, a carry on and a personal item. The lady that checked me in was rude and didn’t check my bag to my final destination. The crew on the PDX to DEN flight was rude to other customers and it was uncalled for.

Pros: The crew was great, the chairs are uncomfortable.

Cons: The airline was fine. They weren’t responsible for the weather. Very turbulent flight. They did however showed appropriate concern for crew and kept passengers informed.

Cons: Tried to select my seat 2 weeks out from flight. Was told by multiple delta employees I can only change at the gate. Was unable to change seat and ended up getting downgraded to middle seat middle row. Rude flight staff that barked at the passengers

Cons: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Pros: Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected.

Pros: The plane was nice and the pilots also cared about being on time.

Cons: A couple checked their bags and for some reason ended up not flying with us. So the airline staff spent an hour searching for the bags and delaying the flight as everyone sat on board the plane. No entertainment was available on the plane and the flight attendants were also quite rude. This review is coming from someone who rarely complains or gets mad. If you have the opportunity to fly another airline, I would recommend it.

Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Cons: Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Pros: Nothing! FLIGHT CANCELLED along many others of the same airline. Ground crew helped as much as they could

Cons: They could have advice in advanced, they knew for days they would cancel. Still haven't received reimbursement. WORST travel experience ever, you-all should NOT list InterJet anymore, their discredit will damage your agency for sure!

Pros: The crew was nice although the English was limited but was able to communicate basic needs.

Cons: Honestly, it's definitely not the best airline and if the price difference for another airline is maybe $20 to $40 more, it will be well worth it to go the other route but this airline gets the job done with absolute zero amenities and poor comfort besides taking you from point A to point B.

Pros: The agent at the gate quickly realized the problem and was able to put me an exit row, which was a nice consolation, but if the flight had been full, I don’t know what would have happened.

Cons: I was bumped from my first class seat with very little explanation why, and wasn’t even informed until the boarding process was underway. My name was never called at the gate before boarding as a “Mr Smith, please come to the gate”, and it was very embarrassing to be pulled out of line like that.

Pros: Crew was nice and accommodating, wishing more crews were as great and friendly.

Cons: Flight was booked via Princess for a cruise. Flight from Vacoouver to LAX was through Delta partner Westjet. One schedule number and flight number for Delta, a different set of numbers for Westjet. Westjet requires you call them for seat assignment for a fee. Just not smooth!

Pros: Everything ok. I was hoping to buy food but glad to see almonds as one of the free snacks. Delta seems to be upping its game a bit lately.

Cons: The flight had many delays due to weather issues. We had to refuel in a different airport before arriving with 5 or 6 hours delayed. That happens but the crew was very mean and brutal to answer questions and very poor to hold the stress of the travelers.
