Cons: Had to collect & re check luggage between flights. Couldn't they have been transferred to the next aircraft?

Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Pros: The boarding was fast and very well handled.

Pros: Not much, other than it got us to our destination about 15 minutes ahead of schedule

Cons: The food on WestJet is atrocious when you purchase Plus seats. If you are on a flight less than 2.5 hrs you get cookies or pretzels and poor wine. If you are on a flight over 2.5 hrs you get some hot in a box. I had an egg and bacon fajita. The fajita was like warm cardboard.

Pros: A little late on take off but made up time in the air. Crew was pleasant.

Cons: Aircraft seemed a bit tighter seating than other WestJet flights I've been on. Still it was fine for a 3 hour flight.

Cons: Missed connecting flight by 15 minutes because of mechanical issue with plane. United made the transition as painless as possible but still wanted to sleep in own bed last night!

Pros: Kayak is great for finding the right flights that fit my travel schedule. WestJet staff are very friendly and are very helpful getting you on board the plane.

Cons: The WestJet BASIC fare restrictions are very anti-customer centric. I know the fare is about price only. However, prior to the change the airfares were the same, but the restrictions, like missed flights were less penalizing. This fare structure is a WestJet - Win; Customer - Lose.

Cons: Can't expect anything from seat sale flight.

Cons: For customers without hand held devices, there are no options for in-flight entertainment.

Pros: We got stuck in a line up to check in and the line was over 2 hours long and by the time it was our turn, it was too close to departure ( an hour to go) and they wouldn’t let us board so we didn’t get to take our flight at all.

People loosing time and money.. 9 people couldn’t get seat on the play they paid for... tomorrows flight is same sting... this is last time fling delta... and we are silver medallions... who fly a lot!!!

Pros: Great crew.

Cons: Seats could be better. But the delays in deicing the plane could have been handled better.

Cons: Old plane, no entertainment in head rests, had to use iPad not the same movies to choose from. Seats were so uncomfortable.

Pros: Seating lacked the ability to recline in any way. There were no snacks or drinks whatsoever

Cons: Everything was excellent. I got upgraded to first class, the flight arrived early and I was on the left side of the aircraft so I had an excellent view of DC as we came in for a landing.

Pros: Well, the whole Delta system had crashed so when we got to LA to change planes, our flight had been cancelled. Thousands of people were milling around LAX. Lines for service were 1-2-3 hours long. I got a Delta senior agent at a random ticket counter to cancel our flight and went ahead and bought a ticket on Southwest. We would appreciate your help getting reimbursed for the SW ticket from Delta or WestJet, whichever.

Pros: Arrived earlier than expected despite a later departure.

Pros: Good amount of leg room. The children were well behaved.

Pros: Quick flight. Dlient Service in check-in was excellent, she went the extra mile to change my return flight to a more reasonable time.

Cons: I upgraded my seat and I couldn't even recline it. 6 hours in an upright position. If I would if know this I wouldn't of upgraded to that seat I actually would like a refund in this as well. Waste is money

Cons: Boarding process - seat upgrades should come with boarding zone upgrades. Paying extra for a seat and then boarding in last zone makes no sense to me.

Cons: The fight was fine. however on the flight to Houston they loaded one of my suitcases onto another flight. It arrived to late for me to get it before the ship left. Their customer service is horrible!!! They continually lied about where my luggage was. Never again!!!!!

Cons: Flight was three hours late (not because of weather). Pilots left seatbelt sign on during whole flight even though there was minimal turbulence.

Cons: The fact I was delayed 2 hours. Missed my connection. Spoke with customer care about getting a flight out of Toronto the next morning because of connection issues instead of late that evening.

Pros: The flight started with 7 min delay for one crew not showing up. Eventually we had to wait on the plane for one hour for the plane to fly

Cons: contacted customer service 3 times while the first 2 times over the phone and was promised to get a $100 travel voucher in 24-48 hours. Never got that. When called 3rd time I was asked to email their support which I did and one week have passed and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Cons: Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything. First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...

Pros: Crew member who made announcements at boarding was funny.

Cons: Flight delayed. When on board it’s a night flight. Kids are asleep so crew could be more mindful of that when making loud/screechy announcements. And noticed a few empty seats. None of them were an option when we did online check in.

Pros: Before taking this flight, I was very nervous because of all the bad reviews on here and other sites. The only good reviews seemed to be by people from Alberta (not really trustworthy, as they seem to support anything that's from Alberta, and note that Westjet is based in Alberta...). But I was blown away by how organized Westjet was and how nice they were. All the flights were on time (I had a few layovers), the staff was helpful....I really have no complaints. Sure, they don't have a plethora of great in-flight entertainment such as movies, etc. But when I fly, I'd rather pay less, have the staff be nice/organized, and just bring a darn book to entertain me. It was a great first flight with this company. I would fly with them again....and I can't remember the last time I said that about any other airline. So do yourself a favor: Don't listen to the bad reviews on here (unless you're obsessed with in-flight entertainment and big-butt first class seats).
