Pros: Really can't think of anything positive to say about it.
Cons: I had to wait 20 minutes to get a damaged car that hadn't been cleaned and had a giant piece of plastic taking up most of the trunk. Then they charged me for a second day and said I returned the car at 1130am when I actually dropped it off at 5am.

Pros: They gave me a Chevy impala which was clean and nice.
Cons: 4 different shuttle drivers at LAX didn’t stop at the terminal and drove passed me. When I brought this up to the manager, they apologized and offered me a free tank of gas. BUT then at the drop off, they had no record of such thing and they charged me $45 for the gas I used!!

Pros: The staff at enterprise is always amazing! I never feel lost or confused. I always feel taken care of. The car was awesome and the return was quick and smooth.

Long waits and slow service
Pros: The drop off in Danta Barbara was simple and easy.
Cons: I landed in LAX at 9:30pm and didn't leave the rental office until 11:45. Simply unacceptable. When I arrived at the rental location there were four people in front of me. I stood in three lines, and had to talk with four agents, along with all renters that night. It was beyond inefficient. All other companies would have had me in and out in 15 minutes, max. What's more, the car they rented me was not midsized as I asked, and it was clearly last used by a smoker.

Pros: Great auto
Cons: Pickup took about 40 minutes due to holiday volume and Lenny today was very professional via phone and processed a 10% discount given the wait. Lenny was very professional with his customer service.
