The problem was with Kayak. I asked to book a car at LAX and it was booked miles away at Venice Beach. I went through all the stress of lugging my suitcases and trying to find the shuttle, only to get to the LAX site and be told I'd have to pay to change my reservation or take a taxi to Venice Beach. You should be reimbursing me $60 for the two taxis I had to take back and forth. Also, you should give specific instructions about where to get the shuttle. You didn't give any. I was out in traffic trying to find the shuttle. Sixt is very hard to get to by phone! It was also hard to hear and the man had a thick accent and wasn't specific enough about how to get from the door from Southwest to the correct " purple" column. A lot of difficulty and stress. Tried to cancel. They were closed when I arrived due to very late flight and I messaged them. Once I was able to try to talk to them, like other companies, they make it close to impossible to try to receive a refund. I just gave them my money for nothing. Never SIXT again!Reviewed 28 Mar. 2023
