Pros: Both the pickup and drop off processes were incredibly easy, and it was great to be able to drive the car cross country and return it at another location.
Cons: They didn't have the exact car that I wanted but this was mainly due to a more limited stock due to covid.
Pros: Sixt has really nice vehicles! Their average rental is much better than most rental companies average car.

Cons: They never answer the phone. The car smelled horribly. They did not respond to change the car. I returned it early because of the smell but company tried charge the full amount. I contacted them and would not respond. Finally I went to my credit card company and disputed the charge, after that they contacted me and prorated the charge to the number of days I used the car, but at a much higher average rate. As if I had changed my mind on the contract. It’s cheaper but you get what you py for
Cons: Read the fine print on the reservation if you don’t have a return flight you can not use a debit card.
Cons: Reserved convertible in December For June and they didn’t have one!!!
Cons: I cancelled several days before arriving - did not receive a full refund. Disappointing BUT it is their business model. I will consider strongly going with another company next time.
Cons: They charged me the whole price again plus a $200 deposit because I lost the original card I booked the rental on and did not have it at check in. Even though I had gotten a new credit card with the Same account.
Pros: Staff on drop off was great, staff who called me from Florida to give me an update was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I came to pick up the car near the end of day and I think the agent who helped me was ready to go home.
