The taxes and drop fee were a surprise when picking up the vehicle as I thought my prepaid fee was my total.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2024

I had a reservation with this bad reputation company, when I got to the counter the agent said he doesn’t have the car I requested, I should either pay extra money to get upgraded car or wait until they got a car, I asked how long I should wait he answered me “might takes hour” trying to enforce me pay them more.Reviewed 23 Apr. 2024

I love how fast the check-in was and check out was even faster. Park the car and leave it there as as that. The car given was great, came with all the current safety features and plug ins for charging electronics.Reviewed 27 Mar. 2024

3 1/2 hours in line to pick up car. Everything else was good. They are simply short staffed.Reviewed 6 Jul. 2021

Despite having a reservation and pick up time for the vehicle, there were a staggering 40+ customers ahead of me also waiting for their vehicles. I had the last and only vehicle in my category. The person at the desk was great but the nearly an hour waiting to be served was unacceptable- especially at the highly inflated rates.Reviewed 24 Jun. 2021

Cons:They didn’t explain the charges and “upgraded” me to a car that cost double what I reserved with hidden charges. When I asked if any other less expensive vehicles were available the agent just said no. I was too tired and hungry to look somewhere else.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:Pick up was a nightmare. Super long line to pick up. 1.5 hours. Check in staff kept going on breaks. Very unorganized and took way too long. Drop off was a breeze.Cons:Quicker pick ups. Stop harassing to get insurance.Reviewed 15 May 2021

Cons:Shuttle bus takes forever, pickup takes forever, you lose hours just waiting for these clowns. then they don't have enough cars or the right type of cars and don't know what to do. Worthless.Reviewed 10 May 2021

Cons:The gas tank was only 3/4 full when we picked up the car. When I complained about it at pick up I was accused of being “picky” — right after being informed that I’d be charged nine dollars a gallon for gas if it wasn’t returned full. Wack.Reviewed 8 May 2021

Pros:Car itself was good, fine ride. Drop off at Palm Springs airport was very simple and hassle free.Cons:Pick up line at Los Angeles airport (LAX) was very long. Took about an hour to pick up the car, and for a while was outside in the hot sun; so was not a pleasant wait.Reviewed 6 May 2021
