The guys at LAX pick up purposely wrote the wrong email, which was a jumble of gibberish letters, so i didn't get my receipt. Car was good but at drop off my brother forgot his sunglasses in the car and it took an hour for us to be assisted at the lost and found in which by the time we were assisted. The lady told us our car was returned 1 hour before we actually returned it. (I have proof I was elsewhere at that time) and that it just was picked up by someone else 5-10 before we got assisted. This was incredibly frustrating because we had called in that we were returning to look for the sunglasses and the car wasn’t held. Also it should not have taken 1 hour for us to be assisted.
