It is horrible how the LAX pickup point is run. The pick-up location for the car rental at Terminal 5 was effectively blocked by people who had parked their vehicles there while waiting to pick up someone. No LAX police were present to uphold the fundamental "no parking at any time" rule. After waiting at the Terminal 5 location for about 15 minutes, I made my way there with my family, and we boarded the shuttle within 5 minutes at the Terminal 4 location. One couple who boarded our shuttle informed us that they had waited at Terminal 5 for an hour and thirty minutes in vain.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2023
