I was not given a damage slip or told to look at the damage ahead of time on my rental car. I was told (through an email) that a scratch was there that had not been there before my rental. I drove the car the entire time with the exception of valets at my hotel and did not cause damage. Because I did not get to inspect it and was not given a form to do so, I do not have evidence that something happened under my watch and just have to take their word. I also would have liked them to tell me when I turned the car in, as I did not have a chance to see what they are saying I did. It all feels pretty unfair. This could have been resolved if they had given me a damage form ahead of time.

It was very spacious. My driver was very friendly and funny 🤣😁. There was a bathroom in the trunk. And I needed (of course)to pee so you know where I left a wet spot(the trunk). The drivers around us were very friendly 😸, probably cuz I put a "baby 🍼 on board" sticker on the car. And my dog 🐶 absolutely loved 😍 the drive. He was barking like crazy.

The service person at front desk was not friendly. Car was not detail cleaned. Returning address printed on ticket. Lots of surcharges which made the internet price misleading.

They had me check in online, and then said I couldn't check in online as I bought through a voucher. Then said i couldn't pick out a car online, then stood in the LONG LONG line at the airport counter, at which point they messaged me to pick out a car online and they WOULD let me skip the line and go directly to my car (saving me at least 1 1/2 hrs.

Hi I was charged twice for my rental car. I've emailed kayak and Hertz and have not heard back. I'm upset that I've paid an extra $870 for my rental and have not received any response as to how to be refunded for this mistake. Thank you

I liked that I could do everything on my phone, and that the drop off point was at my hotel. I did not like that the drop off point had limited hours with no drop box. I returned when they reopened but it took me a while to find the attendant.

The customer service agent was rude and rushed so much, calling the next person to the counter when I was paying and signing in the POS system. He also provided the wrong car information, taking me an extra half to find the car and get back into the line to fix it.

Pros:

Jose was great and super helpful. I also had an incident with lost keys and Philip was incredibly responsive and accommodating especially when there was a mix up.

Cons:

The lost and found process could have been more organized/smoother.

Pros:

the dropoff was quick and easy. Pickup was a 2 hour wait in a line only to find a clerk who didn't know how to handle long-term rentals, and another wait for the manager.

more help at the pickup line, or better staffing for expected surges.

Cons:

At first they offered us a smelly old Toyota RAV from Utah, with the windows open. That was a clue - really smelly. And we wanted a SUV for the all-wheel drive; that one was only 2-wheel drive.
