It was a fairly seamless process. The representative was very helpful. My only criticism is that I never received either via email or print the contract. This is not the fault of the representative. He attempted to print it and that failed. He also attempted to email it twice and never came through. I think Budget needs to make sure they are investing in their equipment. The printer at the airport was fairly old and outdated. But other than that, great experience!Reviewed 8 Apr 2024
