After a 6 hour flight, we had to wait 55 minutes in the line for our car. Only 2 people working the counter. We also had to exchange our car on 5/24 and left our personal keys in it by mistake. We filed a lost item report within 30 minutes and we still do not have any indication our keys have been found.Reviewed 28 May 2023

Customer service was poor, took over 1 hour to checkin and get the car from SFO. Several times Dollar has tried to scam me into paying for their liability insurance when my personal car insurance covers liability. This is poor business and I can’t recommend them to anyone on the mere fact that they try to do this to every person that rents a car with them.Reviewed 22 May 2023

We arrived at the airport rental counter to find probably 100 people waiting in line. After a couple minutes of waiting, guests at the front of the line informed us that there were no cars available, even if you had a prepaid reservation. We decided to use a different agency.Reviewed 1 May 2023

Reservation was for 11pm but the counter closes at 10pm so was not able to even get the car. This is at San Francisco International Airport, not sure why they’re closed at this time or would even take payment for a reservation after their closing time.
