    Pros: Arlene saved our lives upon pickup. She truly was a Christmas miracle. She was the best customer service rep around and really went out of her way to make sure our family was able to go home for the holidays. God bless her.

    Pros: When I finally got the car it was fine.
    Cons: The complete lack of organization of the staff. Clearly, not trained. When I arrived there were 30 people were standing or sitting and not in any particular order. There was no way to determine who was first or 30th. I organized the people by asking who should be first , second and so forth...the mob responded and we self selected each party into an organized line.. The facility ran out of cars. The staff would not communicate to anyone. Running around and not knowing what to do The whole experience was embarrassing to me as many foreign people were there and they could not believe the chaos.. .

    They continually fail to actually rent cars
    Pros: Nothing
    Cons: This office is a nightmare - the Hertz company has not provided them with any type of efficient system so the 4 agents take forever to actually check someone in, FIND a car, ask if the client wants that car, do all of the necessary computer things (they manually enter ALL car information and RENTAL information into an archaic system), and then go back and forth to the garage approximately 6 times per client to do things like 1) check the mileage, 2) check the gas, 3) CLEAN THE CAR (the agents are cleaning the cars for 10-15 minutes at a time) and other unknowns. For multiple 10 minute periods, 20 plus people were crammed into the office and there were no agents to be found. At no time will they explain to you why this is taking so long and it took us 1.5 hours to rent a car that was prepaid. Had we been 'choosy' with our car (aka get the car size that we paid for) or actually had them wash it, it would have been at least 2 hours 15 minutes. We arrived at 10 AM, left around 1130 AM. There were multiple people who completed their check-in before us, including one couple around 1010 AM who still did not have a car ready by 1130 AM when we left. Pro tip 1: avoid this location Pro tip 2: if an agent says they have to clean the car, skip it. It's not worth the wait.

    Cons: Was told weeks after booking that the car, which I thought was at the airport, that it actually was in S. SF. To pick it up at the airport was another $60 for 3 days! That stinks. Should have been told up front where the rental was. Pick-up and drop -off were fine.
