Difficult to cancel reservation even though Kayak made the error. Kayak booked a pick up location that is closed the date I needed to pick up the car so they moved the date ahead one day without telling me.

Terrible at car pick up. The online price was not honored $119.56 at the pickup counter of Hertz. The Associate said I was supposed to use the app to secure that price, and he could no longer off it to me. I was livid. But also needed to get to my destination on time. I was charged $130.02 instead. This is not how you maintain a loyal customer base or good experience feedback. I thought Hertz was giving me a great deal on your plat form, but I was misled. I

Disappointing waited 2 hrs for a reserved car, then it was too small, change to bigger cat full of cocorache Then change again to a dirty card. After delivery I was amaced the bill I received. I will report to credit card
