10.0 Wonderful
Great experience all around but the location and drop off in Miami is a pain. I went around in circles for 30 mins until I finally found the place. Also you have to go up to level 5 and then come back down to level and 1 to check out. Not ideal . Car was clean and employees great .

The hertz representative was helpful, but I was asked to check that the condition of the vehicle matched what was annotate on the rental agreement. It was raining and dark a very poor situation to check the condition of the vehicle.

Would not allow modification of reservation to change pickup day. Had to rent from someone else. No refund from Herrz

Car smelled like smoke. Swapped it out for a car that didn’t get cleaned from the prior person (still had their rental contract).

Hertz was good, but when I booked my car through Kayak, the vehicle that was booked didn't get relayed to Hertz. This is two reservations in a row where I booked a Compact SUV and the Hertz dealer received a request for a compact car.
