Needed a bigger car, we feel like this was the smallest in this class. Lines at Fox were terrible. Waited more than 40 minutes.

The booking was in dollars with no insurance had to pay 300€ extra to get the car for 1 week Ended up with another company and cancel this rental

Pick up and drop off were efficient but very little instruction on car and procedure of return. Also we had a nice upgrade but didn’t realize how narrow everything is in Brussels-could hardly get in and out of the parking garage as it was narrow and on an incline- couldn’t see street until we were on it.

First, at pickup, I had to pay an additional €35 for full insurance. This was not communicated beforehand when I was reserving the car. In my opinion, this is deceptive, but at the time, I had no other option because it was late, and I needed the car. Additionally, the lady at the counter mentioned that the price for basic insurance and full insurance was the same, which felt like another form of deception. When I reserved the car, I selected a VW Golf or a similar model, but she offered me an Audi A1. What’s the point of choosing a car during the reservation if she can decide which car to give me? The car return process was also poorly explained, and I faced a small issue when returning the vehicle. Moreover, the person inspecting the car claimed there was a damage, which I did not cause. He simply said, 'Don’t worry, you have full insurance.' Yet again, this felt like another attempt to take advantage of the situation. Overall, my experience with this rental company was full of small deceptions."

After taking a cab to the location we had to take another cab to get to the car. $20 euros to get from counter to the car does not make for a happy customer

Very bad. Car was dirty. Even when I asked to have it clean they didn’t want to fix. They don’t provide safety chain for winter. Very important: in Italian highways if you don’t have winter tyres or chain aboard you can’t drive. Hence they rent you a car that can go only locally. They also ask for international driving licence, which is not necessary. Very very very bad experience! I will spread the voice. They lost a lot of business.
