The worst ever. The website does not work to pay insurance, so, I had to pay in their shop. It was much more than the website. Security deposit was not reimbursed yet. Horrible feeling. Kayak is part of this process. Kayak accepts this horrible car rental priceless.

The worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The company did NOT provide me with a car TWICE. Nobody answered my calls. I took a taxi to the address indicated in the voucher and it occurred that there was no such a company at that location. I was forced to rent a vehicle from another company instead. NEVER book with them, if you have any firm plans.

This is a new, locally owned business that is in a good position to compete with the big boys. I enjoyed their direct communication rather than through an impersonal app or website, no AI chat BS. The process was quick, and the return was easy.

Insurance i purchased from you was told it had no liability. So repurchased insurance through them which made rental 10x the original price.

Was forced to purchase additional comprehensive insurance coverage when I already had Collision and Liability coverage and since the rental facility was off-site I couldn't just decline it and go somewhere else.

Terrible: there was no counter and I lost precious time - and money by having to rent another car with another company at the last minute - on my first vacation day; Priceless had no counter at the Orly airport, an absurdity!
