The people are friendly and helpful but the cars aren’t always clean enough and there’s long lines to check out the car and the shuttle to return the car takes waaaay too long to show up

From a customer service perspective, this was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Staff stayed late for our very delayed flight and were so kind and welcoming. And when I hit a pot hole and got a flat tire, a staff member came to help us within an hour and fixed the situation quickly. He was so nice! I would definitely rent from National again in Grenada!
