Counter service people were good. Business has hidden charges everywhere. Bald guy wearing blue shirt for car wash company in charge of giving me the keys was really not kind and was actually a huge jerk. Made his business and colleagues look bad by being impatient and storming away when I asked about charges that were not on contract initially.

Green Motion was a total scam. The ad says the car rental is inside of the airport is not. I had to find them through google maps. Tried to call them to send the shuttle. Nobody picked up for more than 1h. Then took a taxi there. For them to tell me they have no cars available. There was around 8 people there with the same problem. I ask them to cancel the booking, (when they should already have done it before) they said to call the broker instead. It didn’t look a legit company at all. So many red flags… if you value money or your holidays. Don’t book through this company … sad

Awful experience, I want my money back. The ad said the rental place was within the terminal: this is not true. Upon arrival, we could not locate any sign for Green motion, called the company, they said to wait in the parking lot (we're talking 40 degrees C, no shade) for a van with a RecordGo sign on it (??). The van took us to a parking lot where a kiosk with the same sign, RecordGo: we waited in line for almost 3 hours (again, close to 40 degrees, no seats, no shade, insane!!) only to be told it was the wrong office! The greenmotion office was on the back side of the same kiosk,

The gentleman who helped us at the counter was very kind however we had a reservation on a Sunday for a two week rental. Our flight was canceled from the states to Edinburgh and it delayed us one day. I emailed Green motion to advise them of the flight cancellation and next day pick up.They did tell me they would be able to reinstate my rental however they could not guarantee the car class which was economy. When we got to Green motion, they charged us an additional US$1000 for a full-size car when we were adamant we wanted the smallest car possible due to our unfamiliarity driving the narrow roads in opposite directions . They told us this was the only available vehicle however there were hundreds of smaller cars on the lot that day and they obviously could’ve made a price concession understanding that our flight was canceled. So a car rental that was originally meant to cost us $300 was $1300 plus the additional gas and stress on the roads Total rip off agents. Had we had time we would’ve simply found another rental car company to rent from that day however we were time crunched with our arrival having already been delayed a solid 24 hours. We really felt taken advantage of by this company and do not suggest renting from them or being steered by their low rates. Many other people were having issues at the rental counter which is also not convenient as it’s offsite from the airport.As mentioned the gentleman at the counter was very kind, but said his hands were tied due to management’s decision-making. Pass on green motion!
