I’m so angry and disappointed with this company. Here’s a little rundown. I NEVER GOT THE CAR. yeah. crazy. Going to the place that had the car the receptionist was so rude she actually made my stomach hurt. And then i try FOR THREE DAYS to contact the company that I had to try and dispute the charges but hmmm seems like no one was working FOR THREE DAYS because i was ON HOLD FOR HOURS AT A TIME FOR 3 DAYS. and i was ok vacation mind you. i AM NOT going to spend MY ENTIRE VACATION trying to get ahold of a company that just scams. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I get that as a customer you should read the fine print on ALL situations. given the fact that I thought as the customer i did do my research and i did read the fine prints i was aware that i was going to have to pay a fee for being under 25. but requiring a $500 deposit and then charging me $756 for the car for 6 days when on the website the car was priced at $6 a day…..hmmm now i know i finished basic math in school so idk how $6 a day adds up to a $1200 bill but whatever. just disgusting and horrible. i want my money back.

I waited 3 hours to pick up my car. I could’ve flown to New York from PR in that amount of time. There was no explanation or apology. There were elderly people on line and babies. A travesty.

They would not rent a car to me because they have a contract with the airline to only rent to people flying in and out of the airport. Plus tons of warning signs at the office about additional fees. Terrible company, mean desk people

I got a replacement to a damaged Nissan Sentra economy. In exchange I received a Kia suv. I didn’t ask for an suv. It was provided to me. Why was I charged extra ???
