I didn’t even get the rental. The price that was quoted on my receipt was $86. When I got there they said $260…so I walked out

Plug-in hybrid was left at zero charge and 3/4 of a tank which made it difficult to refill exactly to 3/4 again. The drop-off process was extremely frustrating with no signage at the drop-off address and no help from the attendant I eventually found walking around. I ended up driving around for 30 minutes trying to find the right spot to drop it off and almost missed my connecting ferry.

The people working at the front desk were great. However, I didn't get the car I booked. The car I did get smelled like weed. Went in to get another car and was downgraded to a Corolla. We had a long drive and it was very uncomfortable.

Terrible. My flight was delayed by 2h and the rental place wasn't open when I arrived. When I got there first thing in the morning, they said they don't have a car for me anymore. They were rude and everything took a really long time. Avis at Vienna airport is terrible!
