I dropped off car filled with gas in great condition. Spoke to attendant to drop off keys and she said you are good to go. Attendant said she will email final statement and refund the deposit which I never received.Reviewed 12 Feb 2025

The first electric vehicle I was given was Not charged. The Avis staff quickly exchanged my vehicle, to their credit. However, using an electric vehicle for my travel was awful and delayed my trip, because I was forced to wait for the vehicle(several times) to Charge. Along with the vehicle being dirty and (seemingly) unkempt, I resolve to never use electric vehicles and I'm considering never trusting Avis for my rental needs again. Thank you.Reviewed 6 Feb 2025

It was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the car exceeded my expectations, and the pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. Maybe the only thing that could be improved a little is the drop off instructions: not knowing Las Vegas well, it was a bit difficult to find the correct road and parking garage to return the car.Reviewed 8 Dec 2024

Would definitely not recommend the Avis at Circus Circus. Despite reserving the car ahead of time, when we arrived at the desk we were told they were sold out for the day, there was “nothing they could do” and this “happens all the time.” Was forced to move my reservation to an Avis at another hotel, where it cost double what I reserved the car for and was given a Chevy Malibu instead of the SUV I reserved. We waited in line for 3 hours. Then they refused to take our credit card because it didn’t look like a credit card. Ultimately they agreed to try it and were surprised to see it worked (which is insane by itself). When we received the car (a convertible), the roof wouldn’t open so they offered us a replacement with a fixed roof, which to us made no sense. We asked for a refund and hopefully will get it. Not good! After checking to make sure they had a shuttle from the airport, they failed to mention that they close at 4 PM. My flight didn't arrive until 6 PM. I proceeded to the Airport Rental Center AVIS counter and was told that they do not honor offsite contracts even though they are the same company. I rented a vehicle from them as I need to get to my final destination, however, the price went from $58.00 to $285.00.Reviewed 10 Jan 2024
