The line to pickup vehicle was ridiculously long and slow. It took approximately two hours waiting in line to pick up a car. The attendant was very nice and professional. It obviously was not his fault, but Budget must do a better job with staffing and expanding their Fastbreak self pickup service to improve. Our reservation was placed 6 months prior to the actual use and the vehicle chosen at the time of the reservation was not available. Not only was that frustrating but it took approximately 45 minutes to get a replacement vehicle. The customer service representative was very friendly and considerate, and the vehicle was clean and the vehicle options (cruise control, infotainment center, etc.) was very nice.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2023
