I’m currently trying to have the charges to my credit card refunded. I used a card that is only digital and they refused to accept it since they don’t have card machines that take chip/tap payments. As of now I have paid twice. The employee was rude and not helpful with understanding their odd pick up process. I’ve never had to go out into the lot and pick a car I wanted and just jump in and drive off. It was easy but confusing and had to get someone from the car return area to assist me. The car was not in the best condition as far as cleanliness. The interior of the windshield was dirty with smudges and I ended up going to a car wash. Normally I would just clean the windshield myself but as a traveler the cost of winded, towels and the fact that most of it would be wasted was just as cost effective as a basic car wash. Knowing how this works now I would use fox again but I will not accept another car that had visibility issues from a dirty windshield. If customer service was good and the process explained thoroughly it would have been a much better experience. As of now I’d give it a 2 out of 5 ….. you get what you pay for.Reviewed 28 Mar 2024
