Would never recommend ACE to anyone going to Las Vegas. Not only is the facility in the back of an unlit/unsafe area, the staff was completely unprofessional. When I asked why I need to pay $500 upfront for a $40 2 day reservation, no joke the guy looked at me and says, "in case you smoke in the car". I have NEVER paid a deposit on a rental car in Las Vegas or anywhere for that matter. The staff unfairly profiled me when I don't even smoke. Let it be know, I instantly walked out of there and paid Uber instead.Reviewed 29 Apr. 2024

1. Keep in mind that you have to take the shuttle from the airport to the 'main' rental car location AND THEN take another shuttle from there to the 'remote' rental car location. I ended up paying $20 to get from the main to remote location due to a crowd of people all waiting for the same small shuttle. 2. Was not aware that I would be forced to accept the approximately $90 City of Las Vegas liability insurance which I was told was required by law even if I was going to use my credit card provided insurance. 3. The first car given to me had TONS of dog hair and visible dry dog slobber all over the seats in the car. Ace immediately swapped the car out with no questions when I said I was not happy with it. Otherwise the care rental was simple and a nonevent.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2024

This is the cheapest, but even so. They aren’t in the main car rental location so you’ll have to take two shuttles to get there. They were friendly enough on pick up, but every staff I interacted with upon returning was downright rude. They have some work to do on company culture.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2024
