The actual counter for Payless was closed so the customers from that company combined into the line for Avis which resulted in a huge line that lasted hours. The line was so long I missed the opportunity to actually rent my car because I didn’t want to miss a flight. I never actually picked up the vehicle.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2022

The truck was clean and well maintained. The pickup was a nightmare. I ended up having to go have Avis resolve my Payless problem since the guy at the desk seemed disinterested. Very frustrating.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2022
