I was not able to use my credit card rental insurance and the pick up service staff were very rude!

Pick up was very confusing, and proof of insurance was on my credit card but was not accepted and I had to buy their insurance.

Check in was terrible. Long line and over two hours to finally get the car. Everything after that was smooth. Car return again was delayed 15 -20 minutes before an employee finally saw us and came to check us out. Nice car. Would rent there again

Very good. But the car was not the one reserved and not ACE problem. The problem was Kayak I reserve a Kia or a similar car, but in the small letters said the car is not guaranty. So, I got a car of a lower price paying for a higher category. And this is may complaint with you (Kayak)

Even after I had already purchased the insurance coverage I was still grilled at check in about upgrading even further. Little did I know that when adding the coverage, it would’ve through a third party and not Ace. So they still wanted a piece. Car rental companies haven’t stepped up to a higher level of service yet, like the rest of the hospitality industry.

I was not able to rent, it didn’t say all the requests until I got there.

Literally the worse car I’ve ever rented, they only had 2 cars left and in very poor condition, terrible locations and I have not gotten the email confirmation for my return.

We had reserved a car through Ace via Kayak...confirmation number, etc. When our plane landed in NYC, we received a text saying that a vehicle wouldn't be available for 2-3 hours after our confirmed pick up time. Due to our commitments and time constraints, that alteration was not workable with our travel plans.
