3 cherries in a tiny car
Cons: The first car we got supposedly fit 5 bags it ended up fitting 2. Then we found 3 cherries under a seat and the car was really run down. I had to pay 50$ extra to get another car. I honestly think they did it on purpose.

    Mediocre quality
Pros: The price was good only because I showed the price that I booked it as.
Cons: The quality of the car was bad, the doors felt like they were falling apart. The window alignment was off, I had to manually close the windows. The wheel alignment was off, I had to slow to 50 so the vehicle wouldn't shake.

    Five Star Service
Pros: Reserved my car online. Had all my Insurance papers to prove I didn't need to buy Aces Insurance. I Signed papers to decline the additional Insurance. I was charged a $200 hold on my credit card for what I don't know. But when I returned the car they took the hold off after examining the car. Was a easy and painless process. I would definitely recommend Ace. P.S. if you dont want to pay that additional Insurance then make sure you have your Insurance card and your Insurance paper that shows how much coverage you have.
Cons: Rented a Ford Fiesta. Worst Car I have ever driven. It had no acceleration at all. Had a hard time getting up to speed when trying to merge on the highway. Was not stable at all driving in a heavy rain storm. I would pay more next time to have a bigger better car.

    $200 Deposit $300 If You're Floridian
Pros: Driving back/forth between Tampa/Orlando daily, the $6/day SunPass (unlimited tolls) was worth it. Otherwise ACE charges you $25/toll....they say they can deactivate the SunPass and you can pay your own tolls but I didn't believe it and didn't want to risk it. Currently the I-4 Expressway in Tampa is included in this deal, not sure for how long. They have excluded the I-95 Expressway in Miami from this deal. Give yourself plenty of time since this place is not at the airport. (But you still have to pay the airport fees because it's within 5 miles of it)
Cons: Things you may not see when you purchase: $200 security deposit, $300 deposit if you have a Florida DL. If you have a Florida DL you have a 150mile/day cap. Additional $10/day for unlimited mileage. $6/day SunPass (unlimited tolls) was worth it. Otherwise ACE charges you $25/toll....they say they can deactivate the SunPass and you can pay your own tolls but I didn't believe it and didn't want to risk it. Drop-Off personnel go home/come inside at 9pm so you have to come in to turn in your vehicle information. Can take some time depending on the line.
