I arrived at midnight to pick up an SUV reserved. I was told that I was late and the had given the SUV to another customer. I required a seven passenger vehicle to transport my family while in Florida. I returned the vehicle three days later and was double charged. Further, I went to the airport and reserved a seven passenger SUV from a competitor without hassle. I would not recommend an offsite vehicle renting company. I was a last-minute booking when a flight delay made my pre-arranged rental car (from my preferred brand) unavailable. The gentleman who helped me at the counter when I picked up was great. Friendly, kind service, and understanding of my situation--but the person who checked the car as I left was terrible. He didn't speak to me at all, was on the phone with someone the entire time, didn't assist me in any way. When I rent from other brands, they always ask if there's anything they can do to help me--directions, reminders about features of the car, etc... this guy just talked to whichever person on his phone and moved a truck out of the way without telling me that I was good to go or anything. I hesitated, and he gestured at me to leave. When I arrived back, the lady who helped check the car back in was courteous and kind. I wish the one man hadn't left such a bad impression, because then I could've given everyone a 5 over all.Reviewed 16 Dec 2024

Drop off was a breeze. Car was decently clean. Pickup the sales woman explained that I needed liability insurance for $100 for my rental because it was FL state law. I explained I carry my own insurance and I would be covered for rentals as well as my credit card coverage. She explained no it doesn’t work like that and made me sign up for the liability coverage. I late called back and complained and someone removed it thankfully but it was confrontational in the lobby while picking up my rental.Reviewed 20 Sep 2024

Except for a “Karen” at the front desk, the associates are really kind. The shuttle drivers are great, but there are hidden fees everywhere, and you need to add two hours just to get into their parking lot and wait in a super long line for your car. First of all, you never told me where to pick. I guess I never read the emails, but you never told me where to pick up the car so when I got to Florida airport, I tried to reach out to you and there’s no nowhere to call and it was voice automated is my first time to run from you guys so it be nice to receive a phone call the day before or two days before to tell me where to pick up the car And I thought it was actually gonna be easy to pick up the car at the airport that would be easy, but I am new to renting cars so it would be nice to get feedback but I’m hoping that you guys could reimburse me the $90 for fee but if you can reach out to me, my number is 9175181031. I never got the car so how can I know? I’m not computer savvy on the computer so having to rent with somebody else but going forward I think I know it’s on my part but should’ve reached out to me. Bottom feeders. Swindling every penny they can. And going as lying about the toll roads in order to get me to pay an additional $77 which ended up being 1/3 of the total cost and I didn’t even need to add it to the rental. Very greasy company. And had a thug blocking the exit with a van to check paperwork. Very uncomfortable experience. And the deposit was $500 instead of the $300 that is clearly stated online.Reviewed 20 Jun 2024
