No issues with the customer service but I drove off with a vehicle that needed attention. I had a nail in my tire which I have reason to suspect was an issue before I received the vehicle. Also, the battery was on its final leg as it died on me right before I was scheduled for my flight. I almost missed my flight! Again, staff was friendly and eager to resolve my issue. Due to the time constraints I had to resolve all issues on my own causing a high degree of stress.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2023

I liked how easy the entire process is. They told me I don’t need to vacuum the vehicle or clean it at all. This allowed me to just focus on getting my family of five to the airport. I typically rent my vehicles from Turo but I’m now rethinking that choice.Reviewed 22 Apr. 2023
