Cons: Deceptive and misleading sales tactics. Forced to buy insurance we did not need or want because we were told that they were required for the rental. The total was more than double what we were quoted. I will never rent from this company again.

Cons: We enjoyed our rental, and although the process was smooth we encountered a very rude employee by the name of “Moe.” During drop off we were unaware of where to park the vehicle and it was left outside the door to check. When leaving the building to check our car Moe shouted “ who left this car here, they could've parked it out of the way.” We quickly stated that that was the car we were dropping off and we were confused. Throughout the rest of the drop off process he continued to dismiss our concerns on his statement and rushed us through. Instead of making such snarky remarks we feel as if he could’ve educated us on the proper drop off area and process. Another employee proceeded to apologize to us after his statement.
Pros: Ira was helpful when I had to exchange the car due to the car having roaches in the car
Cons: Cleaning the car windows better to where customers can see. Inspect the car for musty odor and roaches.
Cons: Hidden fees were extremely high. Staff was not friendly. Car was not the cleanest.

Cons: I didn’t realize that the facility was 20 minutes from the airport, and then it was over an hour wait to get my vehicle in a very dirty building. I heard many complaints while in there. Sad to say I won’t be renting from Easirent again and won’t recommend them.
Cons: Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle. No one is available to pick up the phone at the office. Even though I showed a proof of rental car coverage they forced me to buy additional car insurance. The lady helping me was really intimidating. The car tank was only half full and made me sign that I received a full tank of gasoline. Tried to call to notify. Again no one was there to answer phone.
Cons: The company said my rental was canceled, then charged me more for an "upgrade" while still billing rentalcars.com. The waiting room was dirty, the staff overwhelmed (took 2.5 hours to actually get the car), and the rental company is attached to a bus stop. 100% will not use these companies again.

Cons: The pick up is awful. The stuff is overworked. And the prices insane. When you can finally talk to someone from the stuff for your car there are many not counted expenses that build up the price to almost doble the initial price. Clearly never again!
Pros: We called 4 times to the local easirent office and never spoke to a live person as the phone just kept ringing. The agent at Hotwire was even unable to reach them and finally refunded our money. They never showed up to pick us up at the airport.
Pros: The driver Gabby was excellent, he discussed with us the issues we complained about , he was a very talkative guy that was willing to help us with issues.
Cons: The car was durty upon pick-up, bird crap on the windshield, sand on the floors, water stains on the seats, dusty and the exterior was never washed, very disappointing picking up a rental that was dirty, also the volume knob on the radio did not work. The girl demanded my car insurance declaration page or she was going to charge me another $29. per day, I had to call home and get copies sent to my phone for her to prove this, very inconvenience.

Cons: Drop off was easy. Pickup was a little bit of a wait but the staff apologized and was professional. Charges for the easy pass should be a little cheaper.
Cons: I had scheduled our rental pick up at 9am. Our flight was delayed an hour and we arrived by 10am. The shuttle is supposed to be every 30 minutes but didn’t pick us up until 10:45. We arrived around 10:50 but was not helped until after noon. This was after an employee skipped me twice on purpose. When finally at the counter, I was told Priceline canceled the rental because it was past two hours even though we checked in at the rental within 2 hours. The guy then attempted to charge a reinstatement fee, but magically could only rent out a more expensive rental. Then said we could only get their car insurance which was another $20 a day. Our original rental of $88 just turned into almost $300. We were stranded and they attempted to take advantage of us and I was hearing similar grumblings from other customers. Horrible customer service and they were rude to everyone. I decided to walk out and call Uber.

Cons: The customer service in Tampa was the worst I have ever seen. The woman was absolutely obnoxious and gave me attitude. I won't be using Easirent again.
Cons: Communication was non existent. No one answered the phone for days. I still do not have a copy of my contract. My flight was canceled and I called the same night to advise I would be in the following night. They canceled my reservation despite being told they would hold it. The car they had was three times what my reservation called for. It was filthy. They share an office with a bus company and that is not a comfortable location. Their shuttle did not pick me up at MCO. I took a cab that cost $20 to their office. Others who were waiting with me at MCO never got there in the 45 minutes that I was there. Had they gotten there they would have found there were no available cars. There was a pickup truck left. My $316 reservation turned into over $900! They knew they had me over a barrel and took advantage of a senior citizen. I believe that their failure to provide me with a contract is a violation of at least industry standards if not consumer protection statutes in FLA. By the way there is a shortage of rental cars in FLA. My efforts to find any car from any reputable rental company were unsuccessful and I had no choice but to accept this outrageous charge. I plan on protesting the charges and complaining to county and state consumer protection agencies. They need to hire competent managers and train their employees and become accountable to those who they do business with.
Cons: Shuttle too long a wait from airport. Would not let me use my own Sunpass. Had no choice but to pay additional $12 a day then found because I had my sunpass with me my own sunpass was also charged going through every toll. Never again.

Cons: We waited over 2 hours to get a vehicle- they do NOT honor reservation comes but do first come first serve. They gave us a car with a busted out tail light and expired plates, with trash everywhere. Shuttle only comes every half hour and only fits 8 people at a time so there was a huge crowd and people were mad as hell. They tried to upcharge us on so many random things. My quote booking online was $144 and we ended up paying almost $300! The staff we dealt with was mediocre but the other staff nearby was super unprofessional and loudly talking crap about customers. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews then DO NOT GO HERE.
Cons: After waiting 45 minutes for the one family in front of us to be helped by the one attendant, I was informed that if I did not purchase the $29.95 per day auto insurance, I needed to present my personal auto insurance declarations page. They would not accept my proof of insurance (that I would provide to police officers at the scene of an accident). Since I'm not in the habit of carrying around my filing cabinet, and it was 7:30 pm on a Saturday evening, I was unable to rent a car and returned to the airport to rent from another agency. Also, this company is not insure at Orlando Airport. You have to call for a shuttle....

Cons: Full and clear notification that proof of insurance be required or a$30 per day fee be charged. Employees were rude, and tried to upsell in addition to the insurance surprise. Facility was dirty. Never again!
Pros: The line for the shuttle was long, not enough drivers. I tried to call and there was no answer. When we got to the Easirent, it was not very clean, there was a line to sign in. They skipped our name so we had to wait even longer. I paid for the additional insurance but at the location they said I had to pay even more. So instead my price for the week doubled. We returned a day earlier than we were going to. I never received confirmation that we were clear. Drop off was easy
Cons: Buyer beware, very disappointed in this experience. I trusted that the price that I found was good. I heard them say that different companies do this. I had Alt paid an additional $100 for insurance, I had to pay $250 more at the location. Very sketchy place.

Cons: One hour wait for the shuttle. No one picked up the phone when we called. Upon arrival to the pick up location another hour wait. And depending on who you get at the counter, you’ll find that unless you bring or prove you have an insurance policy that covers a rental car, not just a proof of insurance card, you will have a tough decision to make. Either pay them for coverage or go somewhere else. Then if you do happen to bring or have a copy of your insurance policy , your insurance provider must be one of their “approved companies “ as some companies are not acceptable. I and the couple right next to me experienced the exact same treatment. This happened at the Orlando facility at night around 6pm. The biggest catch is the toll pass scam. We were told no tolls accept cash, it’s all by tag number . That could not have been further from the truth. There are tons of toll roads in Orlando and to get to places faster those toll roads are worth paying for but to tell customers that none accept cash is false. The icing on the cake is upon returning the vehicle in the daytime shift hours with completely new employees you find out that the experience of renting a car is completely different. There’s a double standard because when you start asking other renters how their experience was and they tell you they declined the insurance just as we did but they didn’t have to show their insurance policy, it justifies why this company is getting a POOR rating from us. I’m sure that I’m not the only one that has experienced this as I witnessed it with my own eyes and saw people being treated the same as we were treated. My recommendation is pay a little extra and choose a reputable known company as this is a smaller company that makes their money on the upgrades and extras. Lesson learned and may this service we expone a warning to all who read this review. I’ve been traveling across this great country for over 25 years renting vehicles and this was my worst experience ever
