It was very easy to book and when we got to the airport they accepted our Canadian insurance no problem. They were helpful and things went way smoother then expected! Got a full size car and it was very nice and rode well.Reviewed 18 Nov 2024

I was upsold liability insurance which he said I needed to rent his car. I have in the past signed a waiver to use my own insurance liability. TOTAL SCAM, I ended up paying $200 more then I had previously booked and agreed upon. Something should be done, Total SCAM!!!!!!Reviewed 29 Oct 2024

I booked a SUV on kayak and when i arrived they where trying to give me a Electric 4 door car i told them and showed them this is not what i booked it took me least 40min after talking to a manger they tried to give me a small SUV and not a full size what I ordered.Reviewed 20 Jun 2024

I reserved an electric car and paid for an electric car, but they didn't have it available and I got an older Ford Fusion that smelled like smoking and had cigarette burns on the seat. Bait and switch. Never will I use Kayak or Thrifty again.Reviewed 18 Jun 2024
