This is my second rental with FOX. Jasmin was there both times. She’s attentive, professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns. Marie check the car. Made sure I didn’t leave anything behind . The drivers are very helpful. They helped me with the suitcases with smiles on their faces. I will rent cars from FOX again. Honestly, there was nothing I liked about this car company. Definitely would not recommend renting from this company again. The only thing I liked was the fact that I did end up with a car, but they did have their hidden fees that everyone talked about. Rented it out for a couple hundred bucks and was surprised when they hit me with $750 more on top of that. The car they had was also a bit beaten up and had a rough exterior but the inside was at least nice. The customer service was sufficient enough to cover the fact they didn’t mention any other fees on the website. I could’ve gone with another car company for much cheaper, less hassle, and a better deal.Reviewed 20 May 2023
