I rent a car with kayak 4 day before and I arrived to the location they told me we don’t have any reservation for you and the last minute I go to Rent Car from different company this company they don’t know what they doing. Customer service was not good. We had a flat, we were in Tennessee and it was raining and when we call for assistance they told us that since we had a complete tire in the trunk we had to change the tire.
