Pros: Great customer service. The car I ordered was not available so she gave me a good price on another car.
Cons: Nothing. Easy in and easy out!

    Very poor experience.
Cons: Reserved convertible for drive to Arizona. When we went to pick up car we were advised there were no convertibles available as it looks as though someone may have extended their rental?? Fellow at counter acted as this is no big deal at all as hard tops were available. As we drove out of parking lot I realized the car they gave us had quarter tank of gas so I went straight to gas station to fill up. I kept receipt and took photo of gas gage. I returned car with three quarters of a tank and explained that I picked it up on quarter so please don't charge me to fill. The fellow at the drop off simply said "You have two choices I am going to charge you or you can take it up with the office" As we were catching a flight I obviously had no time to go wait in line to explain the scenario to another person and was charged to fill up the car. Almost forgot...When picking up the car at the front counter they will push you to buy their Loss of Use coverage for approximately $25.00 per day. If you have ICBC Roadside Plus or Road Star Package you have this coverage but we were told at the counter that we didn't. Very bad overall experience:(

    Easy experience
Pros: Much cheaper to take an Uber/Lyft to this location rather than rent a car from the hotel desk. Very satisfied.
    Cons: Can't complain.

Beware of the Budget fuel scam
    Pros: The car was fine.
Cons: The problem was: When I picked up the car the agent told me that if we drove fewer than 74 miles there would be a fuel service fee of $14. He advised us to have our refueling receipt with us when we returned the car, which we did. The agent that checked us in never mentioned fuel or mileage so we were surprised when we returned home that we were charged the additional fuel fee even though we returned the car full of fuel. Beware of this fuel scam. I felt like they were trying to gouge me even though they offered to refund the money when I called them.
