I have reserved a standard SUV, Hertz did not have a standard SUV available and they provided a van. I specifically wanted a four wheel drive and the van is not a four wheel drive. The big problem is I have been mislead by the Herts agent who told me they will give me a discount but in the end I was charged more than I was supossed to be charged on the standard SUV.Reviewed 8 Jan 2025

Horrible experience they were not open and were not answering the phone, so how was I supposed to pickup the car or drop it off. They where able to change my reservation for a bigger vehicle without problems. The only issue we had is that they wouldn't accept my visa debit card. Luckily I had my back up credit card with me, even though it was an emergency and I was stuck at the airport. If my credit card wouldn't work I would have not been able to pay with any other form of legal tender, no matter how much deposit you could provide. Otherwise good serviceReviewed 10 Aug 2024
