They called me when I was on my way and had no cars. The address featured on the site was also incorrect. This was extremely frustrating and ruined my trip, Driving Force should not be on Kayak because all the information is wrong and they blamed me for it instead of taking accountability for their online information being wrong. The staff was excellent and thoughtful. I wish the location was closer to the airport as my original reservation was at a location much closer to the airport. My only complaint is that my original booking was quoted as a total of $436.92 USD and Driving force charged an upfront charge on my Chase account of $800 CAD ($595.33 USD) on 8/16/23 and I received an invoice via email on 8/28/23 for $665.46 CAD and a credit to my Chase account of $106.17 (USD). So the total USD I was charged was $489.16 or $52.24 ($71.25 CAD) more than my booking estimate. I faxed Driving Force about this on 8/28/23 and have heard nothing back.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2023

Friendly Service, Awesome VehiclePros:The 2016 Surburban LTZ reserved was exactly what we needed to transport 7 with carry-on size luggage on a trip from Calgary to Kelowna. I called in a few months before to ask for either a Surburban or Yukon XL so it was great that Driving Force was able to accommodate my needs. This vehicle had all the added bells and whistles such as, adaptive cruise control, pretty good fuel mileage for it's size, collision sensors, A/C seats (front only), and a pretty bumping sound system. It definitely made it easier for me to feel safe and confident enough to drive the SUV since I normally drive a Mazda 3 so it was a big change for me.Cons:Honestly nothing to complain about!Reviewed 8 Aug. 2018

Good Car, Unexpected Extra CostPros:Great customer service at pick up. Shuttle service. Nice vehicle.Cons:Unexpected extra fees, not included in Kayak quote...final cost was $100 MORE...NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Rental company blamed Kayak for not informing me about those fees. Best car rental experience to datePros:Friendly and easy going staff. We made a few modifications to our booking over the course of a few days and the staff were more than accommodating to our requests. Took 40 minutes to get picked up from the airportPros:Car was new and clean and drove well. Staff at the office was nice and friendly. Price was fair. They did not hassle me about getting insurance.Cons:Called the office to have the shuttle come pick me up at the airport. It took 40 minutes for them to arrive. Then their garage is another 15-20 minutes from the airport. If you are flying in and out of the airport and time and convenience is important to you, rent from someone at the airport.Reviewed 24 Jan. 2018
