Provided a vehicle two hours earlier than expected. Not a fan of the Tesla though, battery charge had me feeling limited.Reviewed 25 Dec 2025

Could not rent the car as I did not have physical D/L. I had a digital Diver’s License as provided by the State of Louisiana, It is all that one is required to have as it contains all information, the original photo on the physical DL, and the QR code for scanning as well. Despite having this, along with a passport, and other forms of official ID, I could not rent the car and I could not cancel my reservation to receive a refund. Everyone reaches out when you seek to rent, but no one is readily available if there is an issue.Reviewed 21 May 2025
