Pick up good and delivery good, however the attendant told us he was giving us an upgrade car and provided a Toyota which was very very poor car. Experienced back pain, seats very uncomfortable and felt like driving in a tin can! I don’t recommend!!!Reviewed 27 Aug. 2022

This Hertz location was not as convenient as I imagined. They also will pick you up...just not from the airport as they have a location there. Trouble is they didn't have the vehicle I wanted at the airport location. Checking was simple and the walk-around was quick. They do not have a public washroom.Reviewed 30 May 2022
