Needed to add 3 days to a 5 day rental. Alamo was willing to extend rental but was going to double the total cost of the rental instead adding a prorated daily rate to the rental.reserved. Went to National car rental to rent as it was $85 cheaper than Alamos revised rental cost. Disappointing experience. Will be returning to Winnipeg in the next 3-4 months & will not likely use Alamo then because of our experience.Reviewed 11 Oct. 2022

Our flight arrived at 12:30 am by the time we deboarded and got to the rental car area Alamo was closed even though they knew our flight info. We were stranded at the airport in the middle of the night with no transportation.Reviewed 8 Mar. 2022
