Agent was great at desk. When we got to car pick up we were offered an Audi SUV. Even though it was only a year old it was quite used. Also very uncomfortable seats to drive in. We drove a lot and not suitable for it. Also no charger for phones unless you had an older one. Radio not that wonderful either. Had rented and paid for a luxury vehicle that one had it in name only. Alamo presented a can do attitude from beginning to end. The car was spectacular and we had a ball driving the cobalt blue Mustang Convertible around Palo Alto, up and down Highway 1, 3 days in Carmel and spin down to Big Sur.
