Pros:Convenient downtown location to those of us who do not want to go to the airport.Cons:The trunk latch broke when I got my luggage out upon arriving at my destination. I had to take a shoelace out of my sneaker to tie the trunk shut!!Reviewed 22 Nov. 2019

Pros:I arrived 3 hours after my reservation began and after waiting approximately 45 minutes in line I was told that they were sold of cars despite already charging. Caveat emptor!Cons:They could have had a car for my reservation? They literally stole my money.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2019

Pros:drop off was decentCons:waited forever (1 hr to pick up) , the car was cleaned but some objects were left behind from previous renters, charges and rates were not super easy to decide on. I had to do a lot of the work I expected the staff to do (walk around the car and mark chips & digs). very slow!Reviewed 14 Oct. 2019

Pros:Drop off was easy but pick up took an hour.Cons:I didn’t receive the SUV. While I still received a car, it was annoying to get a call saying they couldn’t accommodate me with what I purchased in advance. Additionally, it took an hour to pick up the car.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2019

Cons:Poor transparency in contract & inspection. Car was not fully clean or properly maintained. One hubcap was attached with zip ties. Car handling became irregular on freeway & I had to call company for roadside assistance. No help was available for over 3 hours. Had to rent another car to get home.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2019

Cons:I bailed at checkout because they made me wait for 15 minutes when there was nobody else in line, and the person ostensibly manning the desk was apologizing for how little power he had to remove incorrect gas charges to a previous customer on the phone.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2019
