Cons:

I was able to reserve online, but the location I reserved at was closed with no signs indicating where I should go. I asked a parking lot attendant nearby and he directed me Towards another car rental lot nearby for a different company. There were no signs outside that the new place was where I could get my car, but it was.

It was very spacious. My driver was very friendly and funny 🤣😁. There was a bathroom in the trunk. And I needed (of course)to pee so you know where I left a wet spot(the trunk). The drivers around us were very friendly 😸, probably cuz I put a "baby 🍼 on board" sticker on the car. And my dog 🐶 absolutely loved 😍 the drive. He was barking like crazy.

pick off was good, but we were told to buy the gas because we will need a tank to come 200 km, costs 106€……than we asked if we can return car whenever we want within the 24h by a one day rental, answer yes its a 24 h rate. we arrived at our destination, phoned the return point just to be sure….she told us about several extra costs when we not return the same evenig! so i think it’s expensive at budget and uncommon thanks a lot

We were misled into taking an EV even though we had booked a gasoline car. And this is inspite of them knowing we would be traveling from SF to LA as car drop was at LA. We also pointed out our route including Yosemite. They told us we needn't worry as the car goes from 0-80% charging in 15 min on a fast charger. We struggled across the 7 days as charging was slow and the range on full charge was only 140 miles on the Subaru. Very unethical and misleading team at this branch.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The location was closed when I got there. How was I able to make a reservation at 5pm when the place closes at 5pm? On top of that, I got there at 4:50 p.m and the location was closed. I attempted to go to the airport Avis location and swap my reservation there but the rate was 3x more expensive and the reservation non transferable. Ended up not getting a car and had to cancel all my plans for the weeeknd. On top of all of this, Avis is now charging me a no show fee.

Pickup was great. We were given a compact SUV instead of a medium sized sedan.

Cons:

Drop off area was poorly marked. Only one attendant was working and she had pretty brutal customer service skills.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy pickup. Easy drop off at SNA airport. Gas tank was full when picking up so I didn't have to bother with fueling up.

Cons:

Someone to show me if there was any damage on the vehicle before I rented, and to document that with paperwork and/or pictures.

The vehicle itself was nice.

Cons:

When making the reservation online I was told the amount I would pay on picking up the vehicle was around $650. But when I went to retrieve my vehicle 3000 miles away from my house and needing to get to an important meeting, I was told my total would be $1600.

Staff was great! The Black woman at the counter was really sweet and helpful and then at the drop off the guy with the accent (maybe Irish) was also really helpful and sweet.

Cons:

I wish I had the option to extend drop off without paying more. Like if I give notice I could extend d by a couple of hours with no penalty

The car was nice - worked out well for the drive

Cons:

The sales agent spent my entire checkin working to up-sell me and to my knowledge upgraded me to a bigger SUV when I booked the largest one I could to a cost. The car smelled like weed the entire time too.

We ran into some hiccups... We didn’t know there wasn’t a shuttle from Oakland Airport to San Francisco Enterprise. There was seven of us, with all of our luggage, so taking a cab wasn’t an option. The over the phone customer service wasn’t much help, unless we were willing to rent a different vehicle from Oakland for twice our original quote. So, we decided to shuttle to the Oakland rental agencies. There we got help from a wonderful lady at Enterprise, who rented us a van for the same original quote, and gave us a brand new van with only six miles on it. So, the day started out chaotic, but everything turned out well.
