I had booked a minivan paid in advance a month ahead because I knew we would have a lot of luggage. When I got there, they didn't have one but said we could get a Palisaide instead but it wasn't big enough for the luggage. They only had a expedition max that would work for us but it cost me 750$ additional. I was disappointed since I had booked and paid in advance so I would be sure to have the minivan. I felt a lil duped. I purchased a standard SUV that said it would fit 4 people and 5 bags but when I arrived was told it wouldn’t fit and had to pay $40/extra for a car that could fit it. The standard SUV for hertz is actually an intermediate or compact SUV which is odd bc it’s normally much bigger than those. I would’ve rented from somewhere else had I known I wouldn’t get a standard that could fit us.Reviewed 14 Oct 2024
