The customer service isn't exceptional, but it's adequate. This is a respectable car company, one of the few remaining in an industry often marked by dishonesty. The staff were nice and helpful. This was the most pleasant car rental experience from start to finish. Our check in agent was so friendly and accommodating, the car was clean and easy to check in and out, and when our flight was delayed 12 hours they were so kind in extending our rental. If you’re flying later in the day-DO NOT trust that the shuttle will get you anywhere! Waited forever at the airport and then check in took a while but on the way out I waited well over 30 mins and then one shuttle came but said she was off work so another should be maybe 10 more mins which it didn’t so I had to take an Uber to the terminal to avoid missing my flight.Reviewed 8 Aug. 2022
