I was wooed by the cheap price online, but when I went to pick up the car they force you to buy their insurance for a ridiculous amount. Not worth the cost. And the car had stains on the seats. If I got the price that I paid on kayak it would have been fine, but the hidden charges pushed me over the edge and I will never trust this company again.Reviewed 5 Dec. 2023

This is the worst car rental I have ever had: - The staff is only looking to make money, and has not heard the words customer service before. They charged me $60 per day for a mandatory insurance? I've rented in a lot of places, this is the first time that happened to me. We also happen to be 20 minutes late to our drop-off time, and they wanted to charge us a full day extra, which would have come at over $100+. This only got resolved after they called their manager and he waived that. - The cars brakes were worn down, so much so that it felt unsafe. The steering was pulling severely left and the car had close to 50'000 miles. On the plus side, the car worked and was quite gas-efficient.Reviewed 22 Nov. 2023

Waited in line for 1 hour before being served. Price is only low if using a credit card. They try to tack on extra fees and charge a lot for using debit cards. Not recommended. Cannot take the cars out of state. You get what you pay for.Reviewed 13 Oct. 2023

Extremely slow pickup process, not streamlined at all. Inspection process still very manual, paper-based. Car came with almost no gas. Overall, while the price was good, and the car was clean, it had a ton of scratches, and the pickup process took over an hour, which cut into my day.Reviewed 12 Oct. 2023

The method to reach their location from the airport listed on their website is incorrect. They have limited hours and a small staff given the volume of customers, pick-up takes forever. Their office is small and shabby. They do not accept the insurance offered through booking services such as KAYAK. I will not recommend nor use this company again.Reviewed 7 Oct. 2023
