Picking up the car took over an hour despite having a reservation, the line was just wrapped around the building, and only one person was allowed inside per reservation. The issue is that everyone forgot to bring in their partners license to add them as a second driver, so they had to go back outside to get it which took a lot of extra time. I was also charged for an 1/8 of a tank of gas despite having filled the entire tank up a few blocks away. No one wanted to see our receipt for gas at all.Reviewed 19 Aug 2024

The budget staff, car, and service were all good. However, the long wait made it very difficult in the heat. It took one and a half hours to get the car. There were so many people waiting that I thought they would run out of cars.Reviewed 6 Jul 2024

I waited nearly 1 hour to be picked up by the airport shuttle. Everything else went fine, but watching other rental company shuttles go by two or three times while I was waiting was disappointing. Particularly since my flight got in after midnight.Reviewed 3 Jul 2024

My rating are low because the pick up process was really below par from a customer service perspective. I would anticipate knowing the bookings for the day that one know what staffing to have. Not only were they short of people, the employees took their breaks as the lines kept growing. The total time per customer was very long in some instances and folks just appeared frustrated. After an hour and a half of waiting when I picked my car it gave me an indication that the oil needed to be changed. Lack of attention to derails - either the car should have been serviced or the oil sensor should have been reset. Low viscosity oil can cause engines to overheat. Pick up of my vehicle took 2 hours and 15 minutes!! Horrible experience with pick up!!! We waited 40 minutes alone at the airport for a shuttle as every other rental car company had shuttles there numerous times in that 40 minute wait.
