This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental agency. The car alarm repeatedly went off when we tried to open the car with the key. We contacted the company and they refused to bring us a new rental. Their solution was for us to go to an auto parts store to replace fob key on our vacation. Also the blinker did not work. Then the battery went dead and we missed 1 hour of my sister’s wedding reception. Also the communication about shuttle pick up was false causing us to have to walk from car rental depot to get rental. The company also does not answer their phones. Overall horrible experience. This was the smoothest vehicle rental place I've ever rented from. Quick service, easy fast pick up, smooth clean ride, can't get over how fast I was on the road. I've been to other rental places and waited hours for my car. I was here for 5 minutes and had my van ready. Friendly helpful staff and close location to airport with easy shuttle service. When I went to pick up my rental, I has been asked to pay the insurance, I told her that my credit card cover my rental insurance, but she still ask me to pay, otherwise I can't get my rental car. She said this is mandatory. When I booked on line, it is not said you have to pay for your insurance that is mandatory. I rented a car all over America, The first time I got a treat like this. The flight was late and they had no one working in the evening. I had to cancel the reservation and go with Avis. I was not informed that they had no evening staff. I will never use Airport Van again and I will recommend against anyone else using them.Reviewed 23 Jul 2024
