We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. On top of that, after all was said and done the rental ended up costing over $300 for how long we had it (52hrs total). A huge headache all aroundBudget

This review has nothing to do with Enterprise!!! It has to do with the KAYAK web site, not a human in sight, no doubt, not keeping up with enterprise. I made 3 reservations over two days for cars in Moncton via KAYAk. The rental outlets phoned me back to say sorry, no cars. Got a Uhaul P/U!!!9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
Moncton site isn’t Europcar at all. “Pickup” at the train station is actually a Discount brand kiosk that connects you to customer service and drives you to pick up at their downtown location. We arrived there and they had no cars ready, so they stuffed us into a barely cleaned Cruze and sent us off. The ordeal at pick up took well over an hour. Better off spending the extra money to rent elsewhereSunnycars
