Both flights we boarded and had to wait 1 hr/45 m respectively before leaving the gate. This was over and above normal times. Seats and space not comfortable.

Must have the WestJet app for in flight entertainment but had the chance to dl before the flight so easy to use but needed preparation
They really communicated well advised well in advance of a delay. Contacted to tell me it was almost time to go and to do a check in.
I can't praise the crew enough on how fantastic they where West Jet could learn alot from Porter about customer satisfaction
Flight was good and staff was efficient and friendly. Being a discount airline, they charge for carry on, food and beverages. I did not partake, but your survey doesn't have a n/a button. My only thing was that it felt like I was sitting on a cement block. My behind was sore after a couple of hours. I was not able to check in on line, so very thankful that the linecat the airport moved quickly. I think I will use Swoop in future if I just need to get somewhere and don't need to bring carry on bags.
Bring your own water, do not expect and comfort on the plan, and over priced gross processed food. Drinks were could (paid for) and saw we needed to bring our own water for a 5 hour flight. Kinda shitty you have to pay for carry on- same price and stowaway luggage. The luggage cost more than 2 round trips from Toronto to Victoria bc. Shocked at that
Airline did Not inform us is further delays to an already cancelled flight. Big chaos prior to boarding.
I would take swoop for a 1, maybe 2 hour flight MAX. Every thing is an up charge, even water. The seats don’t recline so it makes it very tough sitting in that small space. The crew was amazing though, they went above and beyond to try and make the experience comfortable. Also, we were delayed a total of 4 times - 5 hours.
I've flown with swoop a few times and always had a good experience. The crew are pleasant and helpful. Thanks
It’s a no frills airline, professional and gets the job done well.
Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.
Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.
Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay
I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight
The flight was nice overall! No real other comments, everything was fairly reasonable from the airport process to departure and arrival. There was a bit of delay in the departure, but was well communicated and did not severely affect the arrival time beyond 20-30 minutes.
The connecting gate could not be farther away and the airport was not clearly marked to show where to go.
My flight was 11PM-7AM. No blankets or pillows. Drink service at midnight, none before the flight landed. Entertainment was TV with commercials. I would have been much happier with pillow, blanket, movies. Thank you
Very little information provided to keep passengers informed about the reason for delay until later
Great crew and fun passengers though it was a small plane. Landing on Digby island was amazing. They had buses and a ferry waiting to take us across to Prince Rupert. Gorgeous scenery! Canadians were so gracious, friendly and helpful! Love Canada!
My 0600a flight was cancelled and I was notified the night before. It was cancelled due to another plane and its technical difficulties. I appreciate they had me booked on another flight and the customer service was excellent, but the switch was for 1:00p and that ruined an entire day of my vacation. Instead of arriving at 1015 I got in at 5:45.
Flight delayed 3 times and cancelled twice. Seating was cramped and tight with no room Food was disgusting Boarding also delayed by a couple hours Flight overbooked and overpacked. Air Canada Customer Support desk was unhelpful and disrespectful. Flight cancelled and unable to provide overnight accommodations for 2 days. I will never fly Air Canada again.
Not to buckle and dime passengers with fees, check bag fee, aisle fee, etc. I paid for tixs with mileage plus business card and I should have gotten 1 free bag per person but was charged 30 per bag and they were small bags
